PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for processing an image by an image acquiring device and software and converting two-dimensional image into three-dimensional data; and to provide an information processor for displaying, retaining, processing and transmitting information.SOLUTION: This measuring device applies encoded pattern light to a test object, instantaneously acquires a necessary image, and processes the image so as to solve error and unmeasurable problems due to a time difference. An ID sensor such as an ID marker and an IC card is attached to the test object. The measuring device acquires the ID by an image processing, an IC card reader or the like, manages it in conjunction with measurement data, and simultaneously performs the measurement by a single personal computer in combination with a shape measuring device, a gravity meter, a thermometer, a manometer, and other measuring instruments. The measurement data is transmitted to a personal computer at a center via Internet, is analyzed by advanced processing software, is redelivered, and is fed back.
