Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger in which the integration of a heat exchange element unit and a plurality of fans into a fan unit facilitates maintenance work through an inspection hole in the top surface or the bottom surface of the body.SOLUTION: The heat exchanger includes: an air discharge fan 6 and an air supply fan 7 which are installed in a body case 1; and the heat exchange elements unit 12 which is integrated by arranging the plurality of heat exchange elements 11 with the boundary portions (hereafter referred to as discharge port boundary portions 11c) of a room air discharge port and an outside air discharge port facing each other. The fan unit 13 is formed by integrating the air discharge fan 6 and the air supply fan 7 into a unit. The integrated fan unit 13 achieves a heat exchanger that facilitates maintenance work because of no need to remove the air discharge fan 6 and the air supply fan 7 separately during maintenance.
