Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colloidal damper which has two kinds of damping characteristics and has high practicality.SOLUTION: The colloidal damper is configured such that relative movement between a vehicle body 32 and a wheel retention member 26 is damped by causing operation liquid 84 to flow in and out to/from fine pores of a porous body 82 and is damped also by applying resistance for passage of the operation liquid 84 between two chambers 60, 62 on communication paths 120, 122 that a cylinder device 40 has. Thereby, according to two kinds of damping characteristics, the damping characteristic of the colloidal damper can be made appropriate, the damping characteristic suitable for relative movement of two objects is provided and, thereby, the relative movement of them can be effectively damped.
