Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more surely regulate the turning of a lock ball holder around an axis of a shift and select shaft.SOLUTION: A manual transmission includes a lock ball mechanism 4 provided with a corrugated part 22 formed in a base part 21 of a shift inner lever 2, a lock ball 5 pressed on the corrugated part 22, a lock ball guide 6 slidably and internally fitted with the lock ball 5 therein, the lock ball holder 7 fixed with the lock ball guide 6 thereto and relatively turnably penetrated with the shift and select shaft 1 therein. In the lock ball holder 7, a turning regulation member 9 engaged to a reverse restrict pin 10 is integrally formed to lock the turning around the axis of the shift and select shaft 1.
