CURTAIN AIRBAG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain airbag capable of constraining an occupant at an early stage and having high performance for constraining an occupant.SOLUTION: The curtain airbag 100 stored above a side surface in a vehicle interior and inflating and deploying along the side surface includes an end chamber 124b defined by a non-inflating area at least at one end in the vehicle longitudinal direction of an inflating area 124 which is inflated by the inflow of gas in the curtain airbag 100, and an attitude holding part 130 which is connected to positions on the end chamber and on the surrounding inflating area while straddling the non-inflating area at the vehicle interior side of the curtain airbag. A distance between positions connected by the attitude holding part 130 is longer than the length of the attitude holding part 130 when the curtain airbag 100 inflates and deploys without the attitude holding part 130.
