Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently supporting farming of fish by easily evaluating the state of stress or the state of hepatic function of farmed fish which has been difficult to be accurately recognized in farming fish; a method for farming fish using the method; and a method for easily diagnosing the state of health of farmed globefish.SOLUTION: In the method for supporting farming, blood is collected from a farmed fish, contents of blood components in the blood indicating the state of stress or the state of hepatic function of farmed fish are measured. By collating the obtained contents of the blood components with predetermined normal range of contents of blood components, the state of stress or the state of hepatic function of the farmed fish is evaluated, and according to the kind of the blood component whose content is out of the normal range, at least one kind of farming conditions selected from the density of farmed fish in a farm, the kinds of bait, the freshness of the bait, the enrichment of the bait, the rate of feeding, the frequency of feeding, confirmation and treatment of infection of pathogens, and confirmation and improvement of the water quality is adjusted.
