Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress arising of a trouble resulting from abnormalities in a closed circuit after ignition-off is carried out in a state in which the closed circuit abnormalities arise in which the closed circuit containing a part of a plurality of switching elements of an inverter is formed.SOLUTION: When an ignition switch 60 is turned off in a state that abnormalities in a closed circuit has occurred, a brake actuator 42 is controlled so that braking force is given to driving wheels 39a and 39b and driven wheels 39c and 39d. Thereby after the ignition switch 60 is turned off in the condition that abnormalities in closed circuit arise, current flow to the closed circuit can be deterred, and arising of the troubles resulting from abnormalities in the closed circuit can be deterred.
