Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a noise included in distance information data.SOLUTION: Based on brightness information data obtained from a sensor B02, a target region extraction means B10 generates a brightness information mask to delete a part in which adjacent pixel number is equal to or less than a threshold and brightness is not less than predetermined value. The brightness information mask is overlapped on distance information data, and only a region of the distance information data overlapping with the brightness information mask is extracted.
