Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a warning about dirt on a mirror surface and deterioration of detection systems.SOLUTION: Control of a supply current to a first thermoelectric cooling element (Peltier element for mirror surface cooling) is interrupted, and dew-point measurement is suspended. By waiting for a prescribed time, a state having no dew on a mirror surface is produced. Then, the amount of light (received light volume) Rpv reflected from the mirror surface in this state is determined. When the obtained received light volume Rpv is out of a predetermined received light volume reference range, an alarm is displayed.
