Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems of stationary equipment such as a bathroom heater or the like installed on a bathroom ceiling: there is no power switch in the equipment which is out of reach of a user; and when a remote controller to be used for power on/off the equipment is broken due to falling by mistake in an on state, the equipment cannot be turned off.SOLUTION: An acceleration sensor for detecting the start of falling and landing is provided in the remote controller to transmit a falling signal at the start of falling and a landing signal at the time of landing through the remote controller. If the equipment does not receive the landing signal in a predetermined time after receiving the falling signal, the remote controller is determined to be broken, and the power is automatically turned off.
