ELEVATOR SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an elevator system that invalidates the opening and closing failure of an elevator door or the starting failure detection of an elevator, by using a voiceprint recognition.SOLUTION: The elevator system includes: a microphone 2 for performing user's voiceprint recognition using a speech recognition; a user's voiceprint registered beforehand; a voiceprint recognition device 6 for comparing the voiceprint issued by the speech recognition and for deciding the comparison results; and an elevator control device 4 for invalidating the door opening and closing failure or the starting failure detection of the elevator, if the decision results in the voiceprint recognition device 6 are coincident and the issued speech is a predetermined keyword.
