The changing mechanism T is set to reduce the capacity of the hydraulic motor when a signal is input from a signal source Bat via a signal line 30. A first switch 31 set to be closed when the adjustment lever L adjusts the engine speed within a middle-low speed range, and a second switch 32 set to be closed when the discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump P is higher than a predetermined threshold, are provided in the middle of the signal line 30.
