BLANKING PRESS METHOD, AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blanking press device capable of blanking-molding work or the like, and capable of discharging concurrently a scrap or the like to an outer part of a die by a dead weight, by simple constitution.SOLUTION: The blanking press device blanking-molds the work W by the blanking die 4, as to a metal strip F, discharges a remainder material generated by the blanking-molding, and carries the work W to the next process. The blanking press device includes secondary material blanking cutting edges 5, 7 provided in a front part 4a of the blanking die 4, scrap blanking cutting edge 13, 16, 15, 18 provided in a rear part 4b of the blanking die 4, and work molding cutting edges 8a, 8b, 11a, 11b and work separation cutting edges 10, 12 provided between the front part 4a and the rear part 4b of the blanking die 4, and a remainder material discharge means is provided to discharge a secondary material W2 and the scraps S2, S3, S4, S5 generated by the blanking-molding with the cutting edges to the outer part of the blanking die 4, by the dead weight.
