Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve correction accuracy of vertical linear noise without sacrificing a real-time property.SOLUTION: A method includes: changing magnification ratios of an analog amplifier gain throughout between the minimum value and maximum value with a lens closed and reading pixel values from the pixels arranged in a predetermined number of rows in the horizontal direction for each column in the vertical direction within an effective pixel region; calculating an arithmetic average of the read pixel values, detecting a vertical line amount by subtracting the calculated arithmetic average from a black reference after applying clamping processing to a predetermined black level and calculating a correction value used for removing vertical linear noise on the basis of the detected vertical line amount; removing the vertical linear noise by adding the calculated correction value to the effective pixel signal; and further multiplying a digital gain by the effective pixel signal or a post-vertical line correction pixel signal in which the vertical linear fixed pattern noise is removed. |
