Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for allowing a user of a mobile phone, etc. to feel the apparent increase of a capacity in a user information storage card such as a user identification module (UIM) card.SOLUTION: A terminal device for storing a user information storage card and a data recording medium includes: means for transmitting designated data and a storage area corresponding to the data to the user information storage card; means for receiving encrypted data encrypted from the data by the user information storage card, and storing the encrypted data in the storage area of the data recording medium; means for receiving a reading indication so as to acquire the storage area of the encrypted data from the management table of the user information storage card; means for acquiring the encrypted data from the storage area, and transmitting the encrypted data to the user information storage card; and means for acquiring data decrypted from the encrypted data by the user information storage card from the user information storage card.
