Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum member and an electric insulation member for a heat exchanger, allowing brazing having few voids generated on a bonding surface, having almost no effect of flux on the electric insulation member, and having excellent positioning accuracy, when being brazed with each other.SOLUTION: There is provided an aluminum member or an electric insulation member formed by cladding a core material with a brazing material, in which only a bonding surface to be brazed is partially coated with flux. It is preferable that the coated film coated with the flux has uncoated portions penetrating through the coated film from the inside in a surface direction to an outer peripheral outline edge. Accordingly, when the aluminum member and the electric insulation member are brazed with each other, the aluminum member can prevent an effect of the flux on the electric insulation member to improve accuracy of a bonding position, and can improve a cooling or heat-radiating property when used as a cooler or heat radiator. |
