Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin film solar cell element in which the short circuit current density is increased greater than ever before.SOLUTION: A light-receiving surface electrode 2, a photoelectric conversion layer 3, and a back electrode 4 are provided on a substrate 1. The photoelectric conversion layer 3 is mainly composed of a p-type organic semiconductor material doped with an anion species, and an n-type organic semiconductor material. The anion species is provided from a salt composed of an ion pair (cation species and anion species).
