Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method of manufacturing an electromagnetic switchgear being sealed hermetically in an airtight space by injecting arc-extinguishing gas in which the cost of a product is reduced by hermetically sealing the space, and the reliability of hermetic sealing can be enhanced.SOLUTION: The apparatus of manufacturing an electromagnetic switchgear comprises a chamber having an internal space sealed hermetically from the outside, an arc-extinguishing gas injection device which injects arc-extinguishing gas into the chamber, a mounting section provided in the chamber and supporting a temporary assembly having a vent hole on one side, and a hermetically sealing means for sealing the vent hole hermetically in a state where the arc-extinguishing gas is injected into the chamber.
