PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device, a memory module including the semiconductor device, a memory system, and an operation method for the memory system.SOLUTION: There are provided a semiconductor device that uses an operation policy suitable for a large-capacity memory, a memory module including the semiconductor device, a memory system, and an operation method for the memory system. The memory module includes: plural dynamic memory devices each having a memory cell array with plural areas, and driving the plural areas in response to a command; and a DRAM management unit placed on the module, coupled to the plural dynamic memory devices, and including a memory device operation parameter saving circuit for saving a memory device operation parameter relating to each area so as to affect operation of each of the plural areas in response to the command.
