PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform fixing-connecting work of respective bolt insertion parts of a pressing ring and a connecting flange of a socket pipe part, while using a short size bolt, without having adverse influence on the formation of a recessed part by rational remodeling of the bolt insertion part of a specific part in a connecting part of the pressing ring.SOLUTION: A plurality of slipping-out preventive members capable of biting in an outer peripheral surface of a spigot pipe part are arranged in the recessed part of the pressing ring A compressible up to a sealing state by pressing an elastic sealant interposed between an inner peripheral surface of the socket pipe part and the outer peripheral surface of the spigot pipe part from the pipe axis direction, and among bolt insertion parts 20A and 20B in a plurality of places in the peripheral direction in a connecting part of the pressing ring A, a thickness W1 in the pipe axis direction of the bolt insertion part 20A corresponding to the specific part between the adjacent slipping-out preventive members stored in the recessed part, is constituted smaller than a thickness W2 in the pipe axis direction of the other bolt insertion part 20B with one side surface 20b of the connecting part 20 opposed to the connecting flange of the socket pipe part as a common reference.
