Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit a revolution speed of a power source of a vehicle to a prescribed revolution speed or under when the vehicle is determined to be in a parking area so as to prevent accidents in the parking area.SOLUTION: An in-vehicle device 110 is mounted on the vehicle 101. The in-vehicle device 110 includes a determination part 111 and a control part 112. The determination part 111 determines whether the vehicle 101 is in the parking area 100 or not. When the determination part 111 determines that the vehicle 101 is in the parking area 100, the control part 112 limits the revolution speed of the power source of the vehicle 101 to the prescribed revolution speed or under so as to prevent the accidents in the parking area.
