Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum member and an electrically insulating member allowing favorable brazing by practically eliminating a flux effect on the electrically insulating member in the brazing between the aluminum member and the electrically insulating member, and enabling the brazing excellent in a joining positional accuracy.SOLUTION: A composition for brazing containing a brazing filler metal and flux is applied on the surface of the aluminum member or the electrically insulating member. With respect to the application mass ratio between the brazing filler metal and flux in the composition for brazing, the flux is 1.6 or more when the brazing filler metal is 1.0, and thus, the favorable brazing is enabled in the brazing between the aluminum member and the electrically insulating member. When the aluminum member is used as a cooler or a radiator, cooling or heat radiation properties are improved. |
