PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller mill which improves a degree in the return of a roller when it returns to the inside of a base in case that a load becomes large when grinding is made.SOLUTION: The roller mill 1 includes: a casing 20; bases 50, 52 which are provided inside the casing 20 and are rotatable about the axis of the casing 20 in the axial direction; and rollers 60 which are pivoted slidably between the central and external sides of the bases 50, 52. In the roller mill 1, the rollers 60 slide toward the external sides of the bases 50, 52 due to centrifugal force associated with the rotation of the bases 50, 52, and consequently a solid material is ground in a gap between the surfaces of the rollers 60 slid to the outside and the inner surface of the casing 20. The bases 50, 52 are composed of two panel members 50, 52 which are arranged opposite to each other. The rollers 60 have structures in which their supporting axes 62 are supported by both of the panel members 50, 52.
