Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excessive counter electromotive force of a reactor from being applied to a semiconductor transistor even if an interruption switch is operated in a step-up DC/DC power supply circuit including a reactor.SOLUTION: An output side interruption element 54 is provided between one terminal of a second switch element 52 on the output side of the step-up circuit of a step-up DC/DC power supply circuit and a Vterminal, and a bypass switch element 56 is provided between the joint of the second switch element 52 and the output side interruption element 54 and the Vside of a reactor 46. Since an EN signal from the EN terminal 16 changes from H level to L level in the output interruption state, the output side interruption element 54 is turned off and the bypass switch element 56 is turned on. Consequently, a route of the reactor 46-the forward direction of a diode D2-the bypass switch element 56-a power storage device 12 is formed, and the counter electromotive force of the reactor 46 is regenerated. |
