Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water stop processing method of a grommet, capable of surely filling a gap between a water stop part of a wire harness and a tube part of a grommet slipped over it.SOLUTION: Relating to a water stop processing of a grommet 40 attached to a wire harness 10 comprising an electric wire 11 bundle penetrating a through hole 51a of a car body panel 51 that separates a cabin room from a water immersion region, a water stop part 12 of thermo-plastic resin which covers the electric wire 11 bundle is formed at the electric wire 11 bundle in a region where a tube part 40a which the grommet 40 of the wire harness 10 contains is slipped over. The tube part 40a of the grommet 40 is slipped over the water stop part 12, and then, at least the outer peripheral part of the water stop part 12 is softened by heating.
