Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit capable of allowing an impedance characteristic to be within a desired numerical value over whole operation frequency bands concerning the electronic circuit where an integrated circuit and decoupling capacitors for stably operating the integrated circuit are mounted on a multilayer circuit board.SOLUTION: An electronic circuit includes: an integrated circuit 1; decoupling capacitors 2, 3 and 4; and a multilayer circuit board 30 on which the integrated circuit 1 and the decoupling capacitors 2, 3 and 4 are mounted. Multiple via holes, which are formed in at least one layer between a power source layer 31 and a ground layer 33 of the multilayer circuit board 30 and perform connection between the integrated circuit 1 and the corresponding terminals of the decoupling capacitors 2, 3 and 4, are densely arranged so as to form surface shape lands. The lands formed in the power source layer 31 or the ground layer 33 are intermittently arranged at prescribed intervals with prescribed width gaps.
