Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which can enhance the display quality by a prism sheet while maintaining the external light reflection reduction function of a circular polarized film.SOLUTION: An optical reflector, a light-emitting element, a phase difference film, a polarization film, and a prism sheet are arranged in this order on a substrate. Thickness and the optical axis of the phase difference film are set to weaken an external light which enters in the normal direction of a display device from the prism sheet side and impinges on the phase difference film while being refracted by the prism sheet and passing through the polarization film.
