Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of ensuring stable operation over a long period of time by maintaining dust removal performance of a dust removal part for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A fuel cell 16 is connected to an air supply pump 15 and a fuel processor 17 via gas piping so that air and fuel gas are supplied to the fuel cell 16. A cooling water tank 18 is connected to the fuel cell 16 via water piping and a circulation pump 19 so that cooling water is circulated through the fuel cell 16. To remove dust in the air, a dust removal part 11 which has an air inlet 13 and an air outlet 14 and houses a dust removal filter 12 is arranged adjacently to the air supply pump 15 on the upstream side in the air intake direction of the air supply pump 15. Vibrations generated by the reciprocating motion of the air supply pump 15 propagate to the dust removal part 11 so as to remove dust adhered to the dust removal filter 12 from the dust removal filter 12.
