PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device capable of generating vibration by relatively simple control in a relatively simple structure at relatively low power to transmit a feeling of operating the input device to an operator by vibration, and to provide an input system.SOLUTION: An input device 101 includes: input means 111 having an input surface where an operator performs input operation; contact means 116 used, being in contact with the body of the operator when the operator performs the input operation on the input surface; and vibration means 115 placed at a position for vibrating the contact means 116. Further, the input device 101 includes: detection means 112 for detecting that the input operation is performed on the input surface; and control means 113 for outputting a control signal for vibrating the vibration means 115 in order to notify the operator by vibration that the input operation has been performed on the input surface when the input operation on the input surface is detected.
