CONTINUOUS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND CONTINUOUS MANUFACTURING SYSTEM FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress water absorption of a continuous roll, suppress wavy curl of a sheet piece when sticking the sheet piece of a polarizing film, and favorably suppress the generation of air bubble and deviation in the sticking when sticking the sheet piece to a liquid crystal panel.SOLUTION: This method for continuously manufacturing liquid crystal display devices for sticking a polarizing film to a liquid crystal panel via adhesive to manufacture the liquid crystal display device includes: a polarizing film supply step for feeding an optical film laminate from a continuous roll placed under dry environment, cutting at least the polarizing film and the adhesive with a carrier film leaving thereto, and conveying and supplying them as a sheet piece and the adhesive of the polarizing film; a liquid crystal panel supply step for conveying and supplying the liquid crystal panel under a first humid environment of which relative humidity is higher than that under the dry environment; and a sticking step for sticking the sheet piece to the liquid crystal panel via the adhesive under a second humid environment of which the relative humidity is higher than that under the dry environment.
