The apparatus includes: a pressure receiving body 2 that receives a fluid pressure from one direction in the piping P to generate the thrust due to the pressure; a wheel 9 that rolls along an inner periphery of the piping P; a motor 5 that rotates and drives the wheel 9; a power supply 15 that supplies power to the motor 5; a rotation control device 16 that controls a rotation speed of the motor 5; and a working device 12 that works in the piping P.
