Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-foamable re-releasable acrylic adhesive tape or sheet readily separable and dismantleable when separating and dismantling a bonded part, while maintaining high normal adhesive force in a bonding state.SOLUTION: This heat-foamable re-releasable acrylic adhesive tape or sheet is characterized in that at least one side of a microparticle-containing viscoelastic base has a thermofoaming agent-containing adhesive layer. It is preferable that the microparticle-containing viscoelastic base consists of a layer obtained by polymerization of a microparticle-containing polymerizable composition containing a vinyl monomer blend mainly having alkyl (meth)acrylate containing a 2-18C alkyl group or a partially polymerized product of the blend, a photopolymerization initiator, microparticles and a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate. It is preferable that the average size of the microparticles in the microparticle-containing viscoelastic base is 30-100 μm and the content thereof is 5-50 vol.% based on the total volume of the base.
