Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately extract the image of laser spots in measuring the unevenness levels of the wall surface of the carbonizing chamber of a coke oven, based on such an image in which the images of the laser spots and that of the oven wall are superimposed on each other through irradiating the wall of the carbonizing chamber of the coke oven with laser beams while moving the laser beams in the direction of oven length relative to the wall of the carbonizing chamber of the coke oven.SOLUTION: Using a wall surface-observing apparatus 100, the oven wall 14 of a carbonizing chamber 11 is irradiated with laser beams while moving the laser beams toward the depth direction to acquire such "an image of the oven wall 14" that images of the laser spots 42 are superimposed on each other; wherein, the laser beams irradiation is made in such a way that the width (the length of the carbonizing chamber 11 in its height direction) of a line segment (laser line segment 601) extended toward the depth direction of the laser spots 42 is shorter than the width of each of the joints 602 of the refractory bricks. Subsequently, a laser line segment-intensifying treatment is performed so that only the luminance in a high-luminance region with a width same as that supposed as the line segment (laser line segment 601) extended toward the depth direction of the laser spots 42 is made higher than the original luminance, followed by performing a laser line segment 601 follow-up treatment. |
