FASTENING STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve fastening rigidity between a cabin and a chassis frame of a vehicle by a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A fastening structure of the vehicle which fastens the cabin 5 with the chassis frame 6 of the vehicle has: a mount bracket 18 arranged at one of the cabin 5 and the chassis frame 6; a member 27 to be fastened arranged at the other of the cabin and the chassis frame; a fastening member 26 attached to the member 27 to be fastened; and a shock absorbing member 39 arranged between the mount bracket 18 and the member 27 to be fastened. An attachment part to which the fastening member 26 is attached and a guide which guides the fastening member 26 to the attachment part are arranged at the member 27 to be fastened, and a supporting part abutting on the fastening member 26 which is displaced according to a shock load input to the chassis frame 6 at a collision of the vehicle, and supports the fastening member 26 arranged at the base end of the guide.
