METHOD FOR CUTTING SUPER-SOFT FOAMED BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cutting a super-soft foamed body cutting the thick super-soft foamed body into a stable dimension and shape by simple operation and obtaining a smooth beautiful cut surface.SOLUTION: In the method for cutting the super-soft foamed body having ASKER-FP hardness of ≤15°, a simple structure directing a tip end of a short side downward and constituted of two structural materials each with an L-shaped cross section to allow the outer surfaces of the short sides of the structural materials to face each other is pressed to the super-soft foamed body as a cutting guide and cut it with an edge tool, and the smooth beautiful cut surface is obtained in cutting the super-soft foamed body.
