METHOD OF MANUFACTURING COLD ROLLED STEEL SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of stably manufacturing cold rolled steel sheets with good quality by preventing characteristic defects of an edge of a product after subjected to cold rolling.SOLUTION: In a method of pickling a hot-rolled steel sheet and then performing cold rolling to manufacture a cold rolled steel sheet having a predetermined dimension, when trimming the edge of the steel sheet before subjected to the cold rolling, the trimming is performed under the condition that the ratio G/h of a clearance G of a trimmer device to the thickness h of the sheet is ≥0.15 and ≤0.25, and the rolling load of each pass in the cold rolling is set so that the ratio of the minimum value to the maximum value of the rolling load in the total pass is ≥0.75, and cold rolling is performed so that the total rolling reduction is ≥85%.
