Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging system for electric vehicles, which can perform rapid charging with low facility costs.SOLUTION: An electric storage device 11 for power which is mounted on an electric vehicle 10 is charged by DC power from a feeder wire 5 of a power supply system for electric railroads. The feeder wire 5 and the electric storage device 11 are connected to each other by electrically connecting a feeding terminal 26 provided in a charging station 2 and a power-receiving terminal part 22 installed in the electric vehicle 10.
