Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a question item selection method for questionnaire data analysis which allows a user to use questionnaire data prepared through questionnaires conducted for the same survey purpose on different occasions and in different places as questionnaire data for evaluating the same properties.SOLUTION: The method includes a factor extraction processing step S1 for collecting multiple pieces of questionnaire data composed of multiple question items and performing factor analysis so as to extract common factors, a question item cut-off processing step S2 for cutting off questionnaire items having factor load below a predetermined specific absolute value as question items having a week correlation with each extracted factor and selecting only question items having a strong correlation with each factor, and a valid question selection processing step S3 for selecting valid questions having a strong positive correlation only with specified factor(s) from the selected question items having a strong correlation with each factor. A questionnaire on the specified factor(s) is created by including the valid questions selected in the valid question selection processing step S3 in the questionnaire items.
