Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-exchange ventilation device that prevents increase in size of a damper device, and increase in power consumption.SOLUTION: This heat-exchange ventilation device including a heat exchanger for exchanging heat between supply air current and exhaust air current includes: a body housing configuring a body enclosure; a supply air trunk formed in the body housing to allow the supply air current to pass therethrough; an exhaust air trunk formed in the body housing, and having a heat-exchange air trunk through which the exhaust air current passes, and a bypass air trunk to allow the exhaust air current to pass therethrough without passing the heat exchanger; and a switch damper 41 selectively closing one of the heat exchange air trunk and the bypass air trunk. The switch damper has a plurality of closing members 43a, 43b rotatably on a rotating shaft, and at least one of the plurality of closing members is disposed so that the rotating shaft 45 passes near the center of gravity of the closing member.
