Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery system which can avoid an interference of a gas pass preventing member by securing a proper gap as well as keep a lower percentage of short pass of exhaust gas, and which does not cause a deterioration in performance.SOLUTION: Both ends of a heat exchanger tube panel 1 are provided with an upstream side first gas pass preventing member 2a and a downstream side first gas pass preventing member 2b. The inner side of a casing 3 is provided with an upstream side second gas pass preventing member 5a and a downstream side second gas pass preventing member 5b to allow the upstream side first gas pass preventing member 2a to face the upstream side second gas pass preventing member 5a via an upstream side gap 6 and to allow the downstream first gas pass preventing member 2b to face the downstream second gas pass preventing member 5b via a downstream side gap 7. The upstream side gap 6 and the downstream side gap 7 are set so that even bending the heat exchanger tube panel 1 to a maximum level may prevent the first gas pass preventing member 2 from coming into contact with the second gas pass preventing member 5 and the percentage of short pass of the exhaust gas passing through the upstream side gap 6 and the downstream side gap 7 is made to meet an acceptable percentage of the short pass. |
