Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange device that suppresses an increase in the number of parts and in man-hour and has high productivity.SOLUTION: The device includes: a cryogenic tube 6 through which a low-temperature refrigerant flows and which is bent at at least one point; and two high-temperature tubes 41 and 42 through which a high-temperature refrigerant flows and which are, at at least intermediate portions thereof, in contact with and affixed to the cryogenic tube 6. The two high-temperature tubes 41 and 42 are, in a direction where the tubes crosses a bending direction of the cryogenic tube 6, arranged side by side so as to sandwich the cryogenic tube 6 with symmetry against each other.
