PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tightening-free brassiere characterized by making tightening-free forms at the under bust parts of a thoracic garment part and a back garment part with a rubber, etc., and installing a breast garment part for covering the bust at the inside of the thoracic garment part, in the brassiere for covering the bust of a women.SOLUTION: This tightening-free brassiere is characterized by making the under bust part (4) of the thoracic garment part (1) of the brassiere as a tightening-free form with the rubber, etc., forming the under bust part (4) of the back garment part (2) of the brassiere as the tightening-free form with the rubber, etc., and installing the breast garment part (3) at the inside of the thoracic garment part (1).
