Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wear-resistant fiber-reinforced composite material in which a thermal-sprayed film having favorable adhesive strength is formed without providing an undercoat layer or topcoat layer into which ceramic particles bite, and to provide a method for production thereof.SOLUTION: The wear-resistant fiber-reinforced composite material 1 having a thermal-sprayed film layer 4 on the outermost layer comprises a fiber-reinforced plastic substrate layer 2, a glass fiber-reinforced plastic layer 3 stacked on the surface of the fiber-reinforced plastic substrate layer 2, and the thermal-sprayed film layer 4 covering the surface of the glass fiber-reinforced plastic layer 3 by thermal spray.
