BACKPACK-TYPE WORKING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backpack type working machine in which backpack bands are attached and detached in the same operation as that of a conventional one and an uncomfortable feeling of operator's shoulders is alleviated.SOLUTION: The backpack bands 2a and 2b are constituted of a pad member 10 including a belt-like cushion material 17 and a belt-like band body 9 extending along the pad member 10. The band body 9 includes an upper end belt-like part 27 branched from an upper end part 19 of the pad member 10 and an upper end joint 15 for connecting the upper end belt-like part 27 to a main unit 1. When the upper end joint 15 is attached to the main unit 1, the upper end part 19 of the pad member 10 is drawn from an operator side toward the main unit 1, brought into contact with the main unit 1 and kept in a downward facing state. Consequently, the upper end part 19 of the pad member 10 is interposed between the vicinity of a mounting part 25 of the main unit 1 and operator's shoulders and an uncomfortable feeling of operator's shoulders is alleviated by cushioning properties of the cushion material 17 contained in the upper end part 19.
