Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve less vibration as well as ensuring long-term reliability, and also stably rotate a rotor in a low-temperature environment.SOLUTION: A rotor 53 including an optical member 51 is accommodated in an optical capsule 55 which encapsulates liquid 56 consisting of antifreeze liquid. Applying magnetic force to a first magnetization section 61 disposed in the rotor 53 in a rotative direction makes a magnetic rotation drive part 64 rotating the rotor 53 work as heating means for the liquid 56. Specifically, a stator core 71 constituting the magnetic rotation drive part 64 is formed on a curved surface where an opposing surface 71a opposing the first magnetization section 61 is located along an external surface of the optical capsule 55, and silicone grease is applied onto the opposing surface 71a to bring the opposing surface 71a into intimate contact with the optical capsule 55. Thereby, the entire opposing surface 71a of the stator core 71 works as a heat transmission path to improve heating efficiency of the liquid 56 so that the rotor 53 can stably rotate even in a low-temperature environment.
