PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform password diagnostic by a password trial without increasing possibility of nondetection of a malicious password analysis as much as possible.SOLUTION: A user terminal comprises; a diagnostic part 23 performing password diagnostic by a password trial, a recording part 24 recording a time for the password diagnostic, an information acquisition part 21 acquiring the time for the preceding password diagnostic recorded by the recording part 24 as a preceding time and a reference time to determine if password diagnostic is needed or not and a determination part 22 determining if the preceding time meets a prescribed condition based on the reference time. The diagnostic part 23 performs password diagnostic when the determination part 22 has determined that the preceding time meets the prescribed condition based on the reference time.
