PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new framework which protects copyright of contents.SOLUTION: This invention associates original contents with first identification information and stores them in content storage means, creates and outputs second identification information associated with a specified content among the original contents, and associates a duplication of the specified content with the created second identification information and stores it in the content storage means. Then the duplicated content associated with the second identification information which matches the identification information received from another device among duplicated contents is sent to the other device in a reproducible state.
