Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet hardly generating peeling of a mat layer.SOLUTION: An optical sheet 10 includes: a base material layer 15; and a mat layer 20 including diffusion particles 21 and binder resin 22 and provided on one side of the base material layer 15. The mat layer 20 includes: an outside surface 20a constituting a surface 10a on one side of the optical sheet 10; an inside surface 20b facing the base material layer 15; and an end face 20c between the inside surface 20b and the outside surface 20a. The end face 20c is located outwardly along a direction orthogonal to a normal direction nd of the optical sheet 10 in an inside end part 20cb crossing the inside surface 20b rather than an outside end part 20ca crossing the outside surface 20a in a cross section along the normal direction nd.
