Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system introduced with a cogeneration device, in a chemical plant.SOLUTION: The cogeneration system is characterized: by introducing the cogeneration system, whcih utilizes waste heat generated with power generation, to the chemical plant; and by utilizing superheat vapor, which is obtained by utilizing the waste heat and a refrigerant, in the chemical plant. Also, a method is provided for producing an ethylene oxide, an acrylic acid, maleic anhydride, phtalic anhydride, or a methacrylic acid.
