Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ash scattering facility which can be installed even in a location of a narrow area in an urban neighborhood, and a neglect preventing method which can dissolve shortage of graveyards and lower the cost of graveyards for preventing neglect.SOLUTION: With a monument erected at the center as a center axis, circular ash scattering ground for eternal use, where sand is spread, is arranged around the monument, lawn ground in a doughnut shape concentric with the ash scattering ground for the eternal use, where lawn is planted, is arranged on the outer periphery of the ash scattering ground for the eternal use, and ash scattering ground for individual use in a doughnut shape concentric with the lawn ground, where sand is spread at a part other than paths, is arranged on the outer periphery of the lawn ground. The part other than the paths is sectioned into a plurality of sections, and boundary piles are disposed and also boundary metal fittings are arranged at the boundary of the respective sections. In order to prevent the intrusion of small animals or the like into the facility, an intrusion prevention fence is erected and fixed in a circumferential direction on the outer periphery of the ash scattering ground for the individual use, an opening/closing door is attached to the entrance of a path part to surround the whole, and slates are arranged in the respective sections of the ash scattering ground for the individual use.
